What is the dosage for a 50# dog? We keep smz for our horses
My cat was started on medication for her arthritis and she is to get .25ml drawn up with a TB syringe can you tell me where to draw it up to? Thanks
OK he ingested Lisinopril I believe 10 r 20 ml
My cats were each given a 56.3 mg/ml injection into their right "thighs" on Saturday and began "limping" at home (putting the entire leg hock down for support). Their demeanor didn't change and they remained playful, but the "limp" didn't improve. Sunday they received a small anti-inflammatory injection and have taken .3 mg/ml of Buprenorphine twice daily to calm them and to prevent accidental injury. 3 days after initial visit, no change in symptoms. They were fine. Now they're not.
Can the injectable albon be used orally?
Polly has an anal abscess and is taking 10ml of meloxicam and Antirobe 150mg, she is eating and drinking, poo and wee as normal but she is very lethargic . She is a 10,7 kg dog and the 10 ml of meloxicam is given in a syringe Drew up to 10 ml level. She has been on this since Thursday . Is the lethargy a result of her medication?
My bunny has sarcoptic mange. It has been recurring for a long time. My vet recommended Quest gel (Moxidectin) orally to minimize stress of ivermectin injections repeatedly. I have no idea what the recommended dose maybe since the vet told me he was a rabbit savvy vet! Please help me. If it is meant to be 0.2 mg per kg and she is 2.9 kg what would that be in ml? Not sure what the concentration is but I have attached a photo. Thank you! Please help
Are there any circumstances under which an elderly 15 year old dog should be given an injection of Simbadol for pain relief due to advanced arthritis in back? My understanding is that Simbadol is for use in cats only, but yet my dog was given an injection of Simbadol four days ago and it seems to have almost killed him. Lost all appetite, refuses water, lethargic, very unsteady on feet, weak, disoriented, blindness. The injection immediately knocked him out and he has still not recovered.
Bella was just at emergency vet and diagnosed with what appears to be a superficial eye ulcer. Was administered pain meds there and sent home with topical ointment and 1.5mg meloxicam .12ml per 24hrs. She is 3.8-4lbs. Is that an appropriate dose for weight? Also, how quickly do these type of things heal? She has to have follow up with her vet in 2 days, she will also be in a e-collar.
Are 300 mg capsules of clindamycin good for a 35lb dog with a severe dental infection
How much loxicom for 3.4kg dog
My farm pig has an ear infection. I’ve boughten Bactracillin G (penicillin), and I’m wondering if I should use a 20G x 1in. needle for the IM injection.
