What is the dosage for a 50# dog? We keep smz for our horses
Can the injectable albon be used orally?
My bunny has sarcoptic mange. It has been recurring for a long time. My vet recommended Quest gel (Moxidectin) orally to minimize stress of ivermectin injections repeatedly. I have no idea what the recommended dose maybe since the vet told me he was a rabbit savvy vet! Please help me. If it is meant to be 0.2 mg per kg and she is 2.9 kg what would that be in ml? Not sure what the concentration is but I have attached a photo. Thank you! Please help
Are 300 mg capsules of clindamycin good for a 35lb dog with a severe dental infection
Bella was just at emergency vet and diagnosed with what appears to be a superficial eye ulcer. Was administered pain meds there and sent home with topical ointment and 1.5mg meloxicam .12ml per 24hrs. She is 3.8-4lbs. Is that an appropriate dose for weight? Also, how quickly do these type of things heal? She has to have follow up with her vet in 2 days, she will also be in a e-collar.
How much loxicom for 3.4kg dog
My cat has an autoimmune disorder. She scratches herself until she breaks the skin and gets an injection of depomedrol (a steroid) every 2-4 months to treat it. It usually works like a charm. Recently at this new vet though, they gave her the injection and it seems to be wearing off. Her old vet said she was getting 1cc of the shot and her new vet gave her 20ml this past time. 20ml seems like a lot. What is going on? Is it just because of the weather change that she's so itchy?
My farm pig has an ear infection. I’ve boughten Bactracillin G (penicillin), and I’m wondering if I should use a 20G x 1in. needle for the IM injection.
My do was prescribed Lasix and I was if I could desolve it in a little water to give her it is a 1/2 of a tablet.
I gave my 115lb dog 10 ml injectable penicillin by mistake will she be ok
Rx for diarrhea in a dog
Checking dosage for pain in M cat recently cleared bladder obstruction. Currently taking 0.25 mL buprenorphine (0.3mg/mL) every 8 hrs. Told to ADD 1mL (50mg/mL) gabapentin every 12 Hrs. Just want to make sure this is ok. Not clear if the tech who gave the gabapentin was aware of the buprenorphine. Cat is 4.8 kg.
