My dog ate my cat’s toy im concerned and I have attached a picture of my dog and an estimate of the toys size (that toy is not the one he ate, he ate and swallowed a different one) thats just for reference.
My dog has this (vet approved) chew, but don’t know if it’s time to take it away based on how it looks. What do I look for in terms of condition of the chew to help me decide it’s unsafe? For reference, it is the Petstages Deerhorn.
I found a little animal in my backyard , I don't know is it a puppy or Wolf's child but he is too small how can I feed him and what to feed and what environment conditions should I provide him
re: Jake isn't afraid of a Coyote. There is bush, three sides of my yard. (1 acre-fenced-off.).At 4 a.m, I take my dogs out for Duties. Every few days, Jake will NOT go with me, out back.He seems afraid of something in the Woods. I have to call him, and all he does is sit behind me. Yrs. ago, I had a Dog, that saw a tamed Fox on a leash, and was afraid of it.I was told Fox have an Odor Dogs do not like. Is this Odor what Jake is smelling, and afraid of, though I have not seen a Fox here,in years?
I just recently rescued a Siberian Husky male. He is 1 year & 2 months. He appears to be healthy. Which vaccines should I make sure are updated & which vaccines are needed in order for him to be able to make his grooming appointment at petco? (Attached is a picture of him & of his vaccine record)
My dog swallowed a small piece of a deer antler. He is American Staffordshire Terrier Mix and is 85lbs. He is acting fine, but just is sad his antler is gone.
Is this Omega 3 - K9 Fish Oil good for my husky and other dog pets?
I have a 14 year old mini Aussie, who has this (see picture) he is not in pain, nor is distracted by this. It looks like insect bite, but don't know. We live in Delaware and he is exposed to deer. No other issues- good energy, appetite not sure what to do outside of vet (which is 30 days out)
Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. One of the toes on his back paw is red and raw-looking, the claw on said toe is white instead of black like the rest of them. He’s very sensitive about his paws so he never lets me get a closer look.
3 weeks ago my dogs were attacked by a coyote. The beagle was killed, but my Catahoula fought the coyote off and chased it away. This week, we brought her to the dog park as we have always done. She is 13 and did ok with of the older dogs, but now she growls at the ones that want to play and get excited. She has never done that before. At home she is as sweet as she ever was and still very playful. What can or should we do to fix this?
I am planning on buying a puppy. I originally wanted a Siberian Husky, but as I did my research I found that they are generally not good with small animals and they tend to run away. We have cats, ducks, and a rabbit. I really would like a dog about that size. I would also like a breed of dog that would be easy to train to follow me off leash. We have 40 acres and I like to go on long walks. I need a very friendly dog. I have no other requirements besides that. I want a very needy dog though.
Our puppy is 8 weeks. Like to chew everything. He’s got chew toys, different types. Are dogbones ok? Rawhide? Recommendations? Pics for ides/reference.
