Hi! I ordered a Congo African Grey baby from a pet store/breeder in Chicago. She was 12 wks old. At 17 weeks I found her dead I'm the bottom of her cage. Necropsy shows pneumonia, aspergillis due to sever PBFD suppressing her immune system. Breeder denies having PBFD in his birds, but she was the only bird I had, and I truly believe she came to me with it. Do I need to destroy all toys, perches, stands, swings and all equipment? I just got a bird from a teacher of mine who kept them in an aviary outdoors and obviously couldn't take care of them from the rapid reproduction. It has poop stuck all on its butt under its tail and its beak has some weird growth in it and it's missing a few feathers. It's very young can barely even walk

I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
My lovebird, Clover, seems to have what I speculate to be pbfd. The breeder I got him from seemed a bit sketchy about his feathers, it's also noteworthy that this was the last lovebird in stock. I only took one photo because Clover looks like he's ready to sleep, but I think it shows a lot with his droppings behind him. I'm planning on getting him DNA tested but for now, I want to see what a professional thinks.
