Bought a Medium for our female 22 lb white terrier mix, she's a long and lanky gal with a tiny neck. The neck is just a half inch too big (we'll fix it with a clip or safety pin) but the cape length is perfect! It hits right at her tail. Would definitely recommend going one size larger than you would think since there is unfortunately no sizing chart.

It's cute and just as pictured. A better price than I saw for the same one elsewhere. I just wish they had a size chart, or maybe I missed it. This size small barely fit my 25 lb dog because I was guessing on the size.
