I've been using only Royal Canin for 14yrs. Everyone still thinks my Bentley is a puppy. He's not as fast as he use to be but he looks good and is in great shape for his age because of his food. I was looking for a joint care supplement because he's aging but was very happy to see the main components, vitamins, and ingredients was already in Royal Canin at concentrated values and amounts.

I started using this food when I was told by my vet that Holly had crystals in her urine. This product has really helped her issue.

Cant find it anywhere

I rated it as high as I could based on how well my dogs tolerated it. It was an easy switch for their delicate stomachs and pallet. They enjoyed it. However, no local pet stores have it anymore. I've basically checked all of middle Tennessee and central Texas!. I took a star away because of this. I also took a star away because i'm growing more disappointed in Royal Canins ingredients. When compared to the dozens of other brands who have real ingredients you can pronounce, with real food names... it just doesn't make sense anymore. My dogs have been on Royal Canin for 13 years.. but I just dont know anymore.

Substitute dog food for now

This was a replacement for the Royal Canin food I cannot get right now, due to Royal Canin has shut down production until January 2022 for my specific brand that I use. It's a good substitute for now.

No, I do not recommend this product.
