Abbey has been on this food since she was weaned from her mother. She’s a beautiful, healthy, well-balanced puppy. I will be continuing to use royal canine through her adulthood.

My small breed Pomeranian puppy loves the small breed dry puppy food. It’s the perfect size for his tiny mouth. He gobbles it up every time it’s placed in front of him. And there are no digestive issues, a major plus! Because of this I’ll be sticking with Royal Canin the remainder of his long life :)

The tiny kibble works for the pups in our kennel. We breed Yorkshire Terriers. These pipes are tiny and need a tiny kibble.

Did you change the formula?

We've been giving her the past 7 months, and she has always loved it so much. We opened a new bag yesterday, and she started not to eat it! Can you let us know if anything with this product has changed? Or is it possible just this bag/batch is spoiled or the flavor has changed?

Can i purchase this for my maltipoo puppy?

  1. Absolutely. The tiny bites are the perfect size for their tiny mouths, & it is a great quality food. I still feed this to my 2 year old Morkie!

I have a 4 month maltipoo, He eats Royal Canin X-small puppy food. What brand do I switch him to when I switch him to when he's an adult?

  1. Once he is 10-12 months old we'd recommend the X-Small Adult (if under 9lbs) or the Small Adult (9-22 lbs)

How good is this product for a 7wks shiatsu? And how much should she eat? I'm new at this? I'm trying to buy the best food for her and her coat and digestive system than you for your feed back

  1. I like Royal canin but I have heard animals stay more chunkie on it. I like the small bites this food has. Check and see if they make one specific to your breed. Also ask your vet what they suggest for food. Congrats on your new baby!

How many ounces of Royal Canin food a 6-week-old 2-pound Pug should eat per day.  And how many times a day ?

  1. The feeding guidelines are based off of target adult weight. Please reach out to our Consumer Care team at 800-592-6687 for assistance with feeding recommendations

When reading the ingredients it says it has chicken BY-PRODUCT? I'm always hearing any thing w/meat by-product, chicken by-product is not good for puppies/dogs? They say by-product is rubbish part of animal beef/chicken etc. the grouse parts that r trash?

  1. I am not an expert by any means, but my breeder, my vet, and my teacup poodle's hospital all recommend Royal Canin since it is designed specifically for poodles and addresses their unique health needs. My 3 1/2 lb boyfriend will turn 2 August 1. He went from Royal Canin puppy formula to the adult formula a few months ago. Of course, he needs the smallest size available for his little mouth.
