My boy was neutered and was looking for a diet to help keep his weight at bay since Rotties are weight prone. This has been great food, I think the best we have tried. Zero issues with transition, digested well. Royal canin has always provided the best nutrition for my boy. He has slimmed down a bit too and is looking good! Happy also that this diet provides joint support for the large pups
