Royal Canin(R) Urinary SO is a veterinary-exclusive wet dog food developed to nutritionally support your adult dog's urinary tract and bladder health. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. It helps increase the amount of urine your dog produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. And the specialized nutrition in this dog food wet formula, with a reduced level of magnesium, helps dissolve pure struvite stones and prevent struvite stones from forming. When all available refills are used or the authorization expires, we will reach out to your vet to obtain a new authorization. Questions
Someone gave me green label cans. Is it safe to give to my dogs, 45 pound lab chow mix14 years, , and 15 pound chewawwa and poodle mix10 years . We don't know that they have any problems of any kind.
- This is a medicated dog food, so unless your dog has urinary tract problems do not feed it to your dogs without consulting a vet first.
