Always out of stock

Vet recommended which after reading this and seeing all the troubles I wish we never started with the PR products due to the supply issues. Of both wet and dry food. I’m going to highly recommend to our vet to stop suggesting these products until the supply issues are fixed. Severely disappointed and unsatisfied.

This product is always out of stock. It is the food My vet has recommended because my dog has allergies. For some reason you can’t seem to continue to produce it.

Great product. My dog LOVES it and it has had wonderful impact on his health. The problem is availability. I don’t want to switch foods since this is such a good match, but it regularly goes out of stock.

What’s the problem?

I am very happy with the food because my dog has horrible food allergies now. She developed them as she aged. I ordered a case in April and I’m rationing the wet food because I can’t get it. Please do better. Please make it more accessible for the animals that really need it. Judging from the reviews, this has been an issue for a very long time and I don’t understand why a company can’t figure it out after almost 6 years from the reviews. I’m seeing. Please help those of us who need the help.

Love this food for my 70 lb dog. The label reads great, and I am begging you to return it to active stock. Please don’t discontinue this exact formula.

Like the other reviews, our dog has severe food allergies and this is one of the only foods he can tolerate. We have spent over a year chasing any limited stock we can find at local vets or retailers online and ration the cans along with PR dog food. Officially out of any resources. I wish there was an answer for many loyal customers have grown dependent upon this food based on trusted vet/allergist recommendation only to have it become completely unavailable over time. I contacted Royal Canin in March of last year when this started and they said they were doing everything in their power to get it back. Its now 15 mos later and no change. Disappointed is an understatement.

Availability is highly problematic

I'm in the same boat as another recent review. Of the foods we've tried (and we've tried many), this is the only food my dog handles well. She has digestive issues and dismotility in her esophagus, and this is the only food she seems to keep down without problems. Not being able to count on, or have visibility into the availability of this product, makes it difficult to plan so we can keep our dog healthy.

Has the canned rabbit been discontinued?

  1. Not that I am aware of. But, it does go out of stock occasionally - I think this is at the manufacturer because it seems to go out of stock from multiple retailers at the same time.

What type of potato? Sweet potatoe or regular?

  1. The potatoes used are a white potato
