Prescription products require a US licensed veterinarian prescription and ship only after prescription verification. Billing address and name must match identically to prescription address and name. If it does not, this will delay your order. Prescriptions will be kept on file for a year from date issued. We will not need to reach out to your vet or you to validate the prescription if the prescription is sent over with refills. When all available refills are used, you will be asked to submit a new prescription. Prescriptions must be signed from your vet. Please note that Banfield Medical Cards will not be accepted. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these to change the mid day treat for one of our dogs. She loves them and they are better for her than a milk bone. We have been buying them for about six months now and she has yet to get tired of them.
