When all available refills are used or the authorization expires, we will reach out to your vet to obtain a new authorization. For new authorizations, we will attempt to reach your vet for a total of 5 days. If your vet does not respond within 5 days, we will then reach out to you for a total of 3 days. If no response is given, the order will then be canceled.

My dog was diagnosed with IBD and has done well on this food. I mix it with another brand's prescription digestive canned food and add a little water and she loves it. It's expensive but worth it if it keeps her happy and healthy.

The communication in regards to the vet authorization for the food was inconsistent and frustrating. I also paid extra for expedited shipping and the package sat for two days after the label was created before being shipped.

We love (d) the food and so did our dog. However, the Vet is out of this food as well as all retailers that can sell based on the need for a prescription. I contacted the company and was told they have no date for availability - no date at all. This is a major supply issue as ALL retailers/ Vets are out. As you know, changing your pet's food can be an issue. How does a company allow this to happen? We now have to change foods to feed our dog and cannot go through changes again. Sorry - You probably lost a loyal customer.
