Kittens are naturally prone to digestive sensitivities due to their immature and underdeveloped digestive system. If a kitten is experiencing an upset stomach, daily feedings can be a struggle. Visible gastrointestinal signs may appear in a kitten with digestive sensitivities which could include diarrhea, vomiting or lack of appetite. It is important for your kitten to receive a complete and balanced diet to meet her nutritional needs and Royal Canin specifically formulated this diet to help do so. Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Kitten is a highly digestible and palatable mousse textured wet food formulated to help facilitate food intake in kittens with decreased appetites and help transition from milk to solid food. This high energy formula supports digestive health with adapted levels of nutrients (including protein and calcium), so pet owners can feed their growing kitten small portions to support her sensitive stomach.

What kind of pet food do you recommend for a kitten
I have a kitten that is almost 4 months old. He was having diarrhea, so the vet gave us new food that is named gastrointestinal high energy food. We gave him the wet food, but our kitten isn't eating it. The vet said that we have to keep him on this specific diet. What should I do? Thank you for your help.
What's the best dry indoor food for kittens?
What is a perfect diet for a kitten with gastroenteritis, fever and cold. What is the frequency in which food and water to be fed?
My 14 week old kitten has bad diarrhoea. Blood tests and fecal samples haven't shown anything. Gastro-intestinal diet and sensitivity dies does not help. Any advice on what I can feed? Is a royal canon hypoallergenic a good idea to try?
My cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and has gastrointestinal problems. We are trying to change the diet to one that would be fitting, such as Renal both wet and dry from Royal Canine and Gastrointestinal from Royal Canine, these are the only foods available in my area for these two diseases. But my cat doesn't want to eat at all. Would it be possible to add to his diet a bit of chicken meat at least once a day or mixed with the wet food?
Best low-carb wet food for cats?
I am trying to help a 13-year-old cat put on weight. He has never liked wet food but I remember helping an older cat with health problems to get some calories by feeding A/D wet food. Is there a similar super palatable food that is not vet prescribed that I might try? My cat's health is good. Recent blood work by my vet showed not problems at all. Thanks.
Lou has been on royal canin gastro intestinal low fat wet food for about 2 weeks bc he had stress colitis the vet said. His fecal and giardia were negative. He’s been doing great on that food but transitioning him over has been tough. He either won’t eat it w his food mixed in or he struggles to poop and it’s runnier. I planned on trying to transition to Purina pro plan this week hoping it will be better.
Can I use that milk and food to make gruel for a 4 week old kitten?
my cat has a sensetive stomach and the vet put him on royal canim adult pd diet.. 1 is duck and other rabbit . would like to know if there is a fish food i can get for him....thamk you
We have 1 1/2yr old Ragdoll female. At a steady 8.6 pounds/small frame. Area in front of back legs seems a little skinny. A couple of internet sites seems to suggest IAMS Proactive Health, Healthy Kittens is ok for adults to gain weight in view of it's extra protein and fat. Is that ok for 8.6 lb female.
