Lou has been on royal canin gastro intestinal low fat wet food for about 2 weeks bc he had stress colitis the vet said. His fecal and giardia were negative. He’s been doing great on that food but transitioning him over has been tough. He either won’t eat it w his food mixed in or he struggles to poop and it’s runnier. I planned on trying to transition to Purina pro plan this week hoping it will be better.
Hello, my dog has bloated 4 times, he was on gastrointestinal dry kibble from royal canin, his mother died due to gastric torsion and he is 10 years old, I don't want to feed kibble anymore, what do you suggest for his diet?
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
Is Purina pro plan a good food for French bulldogs? Lou is on royan canin gastrointestinal low fat after a case of colitis. It’s time to transition him to something else and I’m looking to change his food. He would only eat pure balance wet food after his ivdd surgery but I don’t think it’s the best and it’s sometimes hard to find. Any advice
Is on royal caian gastro intestinal due to having gastroentrist for last 5 months last week vet put him. On this food it has worked really well can he have it long term ?
Hi I went to the vet about a couple weeks ago because my dog had diarrhea. They put him on that g/I diet pet hills which eh did great on. As soon as I switched it over a period of time. He had diarrhea again. Then they told me to switch it over 2 weeks o I gave him the pet hills g/I again and he was doing well so today he finally switched back to the royal canine again and he had diarrhea. What should I do
Whats best dog food w/ zero chicken (no by product etc? has IBD (via ultrasound&GI Panel-no scope) We’ve tried almost all IBD vet food (RC HP, RC low fat GI, Hills...) I have researched & doc. his symps. For a year now &95% positive hes having (bloating after eating, licking/biting paws, loud bowel sounds all worse after eating, normal poop, no vomit)from a food allergy. He’s on pred & meds. Im going to do elimating diet but I want to find food w/no chicken to start off w/during this process
My pet 30 days not gaining weight.. feeding royal canin.. little over feed make him diarriah
I have a 5 year old, 75lb Catahoula leopard mix. He doesn't seem to like any dog food. Ever since he had a liver issue a year ago, he's been weird with eating. Before he would gulp his food down. He also seems to have a sensitive stomach now. I've tried merrick LI with goats milk and crumpled treats on top. It worked at first very well but now he doesn't want it. I've tried a different, more palatable, Elm in 3 flavors-lamb duck and salmon. Doesn't want any of them. Warm water doesn't work ether
Royal canin or earthborn?? Thos are the choices i can buy from now
What do you do for a Newfoundland mix puppy who is 20 pounds under weight, his vet wants him to be 80 something at his age but he is 61 pounds! I wanna feed him Royal Canin Giant Breed Puppy Food. (he’s more Newfoundland) plus it seems like Bear is having food allergies to chicken cause of itching and biting and scratching and was having more stools and or loose stools. Also his beard smells like mildew from him drinking water all the time ! Is it fungal?
What the best dry dog for food match my dog
