My 7 lb poodle mix eats Nature's Instinct raw frozen, or cans (beef). We switch it up, as she gets bored. She gets a teenie Greenie daily, tiny milkbones (natural trail mix), and as a big treat, Merrick's lung treats. Every few months we go through a bout of diarrhea that lasts 3 days, and she then gets Royal Canin low fat gastro can, or ID gastro (as Royal Canin is not shipping right now). Could this be the Greenies? Vet thinks maybe. Metronidzole 50mg does the trick. Your thoughts?
my dog have a very sensitive stomache, I just been to the vet and the vet has given him Royal Canin Dog Food Sensitivity Control (wet) for a week observation which seems very good to him and no more diareer and vomit.
