It stopped working

It worked so well for several months! Then the last 3 months, the cats are back to fighting. Have you changed the formulation in the past few months? Disappointed.

Please explain why this product is NOT available in Canada. I used this for years before COVID. My cats loved it and the one nervous cat in the bunch was very well adjusted. Before COVID this was available in Canada. When I contact Royal Canin Canada - they tell me the product is no longer available. They should say it's not available IN Canada because we choose not to bring it into the country. Shame on you, Royal Canin.

Stress relief

Lalita

This has worked wonders for my cat Lalita. She was diognosed with feline cystitis. She is permanently on this kibble plus my other 2. My girl no longer suffers from cystitis and she has much more courage than she used to have. The cystitis was cause by stress and now she doesn't get so freaked out by things.

Anxious cat vomits less

EcstaticaJB

My cat has anxiety. I rescued her at seven months old from the cages at the shelter. Never had a mother since day three. I’ve had constant issues with her throwing up at any changes in the household. The vet did every test possible, and we had to finally decide, it’s just anxiety. (probiotics helped in the beginning for sure). If she only eats the calm cat food, she throws up a lot less. Instead of every day, only once a week. She throws up her balls twice a week, though, and this food says it helps with that. I can’t say it does, but neither does the Hairball paste or other remedies. (she can barely stand a human touch, so brushing hers, serious challenge). Oh, well, she’s in a much better place now that she lives with me!

Provides great mutation for a high anxiety cat. She stays at a healthy weight, her coat is very soft, and it helps ease her anxiety. We’ve used Calm for for years and it help tremendously with her anxiety.

My cat is very picky about her food, so when I introduced Royal Canin Calm, I was pleasantly surprised that she loves it. Even more than her old food.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Vet Prescription

Some Vets like to sell their own food and it can be a project to get them to write a prescription for this. I wish I could just order it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this food the same as the SO Calm? I am having a hard time finding SO Calm.

  1. You can switch to Hill's C/D stress

This product contains "glutens" - I have read for years not to give cats any glutens, wheats, grains, etc. ?????

  1. In reference to the Royal Canan cat food, it has really help. She would pee all over the house except for the litter box. The vet found that she develops crystals in her stomach from normal cat food. This cat food helps her to process food and with not pain.
