Our 1 1/2 year old female ragdoll feline started loosing patches of fur for last 2 weeks. No scabs/raw spots on skin. Vetinarian concludes not fleas or ringworm. No known environmental changes or new house products. Now starting Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Adult HP for 2-3 weeks in case it's food allergies. It's $50 for 7.7 lbs. Is there a less expensive equivalent Purina or other brand?? Thanks from Florida.
Which dry food is best for an indoor, seven year old cat, low in calories?
We have 1 1/2yr old Ragdoll female. At a steady 8.6 pounds/small frame. Area in front of back legs seems a little skinny. A couple of internet sites seems to suggest IAMS Proactive Health, Healthy Kittens is ok for adults to gain weight in view of it's extra protein and fat. Is that ok for 8.6 lb female.
My cat has been losing weight for the last year, going from 11lbs to 8lbs. I will have her checked out soon, but want to change her dry food diet first. What is the best dry food that will help her gain weight?
My cat is 3 years old and has allergies and dry skin. She is on a Hills D/D duck and pea diet. Although there is a shortage of the product,, and I need to find another type of food? Would there be any suggestions? Moreover, I was paying sixty dollars for twenty four cans.
Which royal canin good for sandy
DRY FOOD RECOMMENDATION for 2 health Issues: Raised skin-scab bumps and past history with crystals in urine; Royal Canin, Hills or Purina? Presently I am using a Grain Free, Holistic Limited Ingredient dog food.
Hello! My cat may have a food allergy which has made her lick and bite her skin resulting is big patches of hair loss. I've gone through the different foods she's been on and found that chicken by-product meal, animal fat, pork fat, and liver flavour are all used in the food, which I believe can be the culprit. What good quality food do you recommend without these, and that won't break the bank?
What kind of dry cat food can I give our 8-year-old part Maine Coon that will keep her from getting hairballs? She just threw up the IAMS Proactive Health brand I bought yesterday. No hairball, just undigested food.
The best cat food for skin allergies due to fleas and dust.
What's is a better food for Himalayan cat. Royal canon hair and skin , or royal canin Persian ? I was told royal canin is the Best but not sure which type to go for?
My 11 year old Maine Coon cat had lost weight. He only use to eat dry food but we got him to eat wet food to help gain weight. He does not have good teeth to chew the dry food anymore. He feels like he has gained weight but he is so bony. His back bones just stick up. When we started the wet food his hair started to look greasy He is losing so much hair that by his belly and inside of back legs show his pink skin. I am not sure what to do for him?
