Question, hope gets answered

Mikey lee

My cat has GI and he doesn’t touch any brand of vet prescribed gastrointestinal food, wet or dry. But he likes digestive care wet. I’m not very convinced with the ingredients. With poor digestion, high fiber, less carbs, and high protein, right? but the ingredients contain wheat flour and modified corn starch, rice flour, wheat gluten, gelatin, carob bean gum, others. Is there someone in Royal Canin recommend one is suitable to my cat. What do I do with the gastrointestinal food that he doesn’t it, can I return for refund?

The vet rcommended this brand or Hills. My cat won't eat Hills food and much prefers Royal Canin. She would like a more moist product... so she prefers the pouches.

This website is stupid and unhelpful. It is very hard to navigate and doesn't come up with an actual answer of how much food to feed your cat. Useless

Great for cats with sensitive stomachs!

I have a 2 year old flame point Siamese who is a bit picky with her foods, but also has a super sensitive stomach. She has always loved Royal Canin dry foods, but she’s a bit fussier with wet. Other brands don’t agree with her, but she is thriving on this food! I feed this to both her and my older 10 year old boy cat daily along with their respective dry foods. This has definitely made my flamepoints poops a lot less stinky and her digestive tract more stable for sure. The loaf in sauce is a household favorite, I wish it was a bit easier to find in stores, but it’s easily accessible online at least.

I was at a cat show & there was a RC rep there who gave me a can of the digest. My kitten loved it! She is a very picky eater.

A big nope from both cats on the slices in gravy…

I am sure this is a good product. The comments are on the form of the food. Cats hated this form of this particular diet. They prefer the loaf or “paté” like version of the sensitive diet. Eat it every day. We got a complete rejection for the thin slices in gravy for some reason. Picky girls!

No, I do not recommend this product.

This food helped jump-start my very sick cat into eating again, and my other cats loved eating her leftovers.

I need a different food for my cat how do I delete the old in order to put in a new

  1. For best assistance please reach out via email at info.usa@royalcanin.com.

We have bought DIGEST Sensitive twice. One can says "Loaf in Sauce" which he likes. The second can says "Thin Slices in Gravy" which our 8 year old Bengal does not like. Why are there two different versions of "DIGEST Sensitive"? Very confusing.

  1. Our cat loves both versions and is a nice change for her instead of the same old...same old. She loves the sliced with the gravy especially because of the gravy. The loaf is just that...it's moist but without the gravy consistency. It shouldn't be confusing just a nice option. If your cat prefers only the one version....nothing wrong with that just buy the type he/she likes.

Do you notice a difference in their BM as soon as they start eating the Digest Sensitive or does it take a couple of days?

  1. The difference for my cat was immediately. This is the only food that he is able to keep down. Plus I'm glad there is a variety of flavors.

Can I get this in curbside pickup?

  1. If you can find it in a store. Seems to be very hard to keep on the shelves, just not enough product?
