What is the very best dry dog food for a 1½ yo male miniature dachsund in good health?
She is not eating the Natural chicken and sweet potato cans I ordered. She is almost 14 years old. I have tried most of the Senior diet but the chicken and barley makes her belly bloat. She eats canned but due to several teeth removed cannot eat dry. She is a dachshund of normal weight and good health. She is still an active walker.
I'm desperate to find a high quality dog food (wet) that would be good for my 8 year old Dachshund who has Cushing's Disease, an enlarged liver, gastric ulcer and is overweight. I love her so much but this Cushing's disease really took me for a loop and it's like everything I feed her makes her stomach hurt and she sits in the corner and cries and cries. I don't know what to do. Please help.
Best senior wet dog food for my 14 miniature poodle?
What would be the most common reasons behavior-wise a dachshund would be over weight? Current conditions that come to mind: No cage, doggy door to the backyard available at all times, 1 scoop with an 8oz cup of dog food shared between another dachshund(mixed with Chihuahua) per day, 1 Beggin Strip.
My miniature schnauzer is 14 years old. We have tried 2 different dry foods for her and she is still not losing weight. She weighs 28 lbs. We are currently feeding her Royal Canin for miniature schnauzers. We had tried Natures Choice pumpkin flavor with veggies. Help what can we feed her?
Hello! I have a 4 months old German Shepherd female puppy! I have been giving her only chicken and rice. I'm planning to buy Royal canin maxi Junior. Could you please tell me how much Royal canin does my puppy needs per day? As I am short of money! How long will 3 kg Royal canin last? I want to give only Royal canin.i have her to have well built body
Best inexpensive boxer dry dog food
My (very tall and muscular!!) Miniature Schnauzer needs to lose about 3 pounds. Prescription Royal Canin didn't carry enough sustanance for him, so he was constantly hungry. I got him on ProPlan weight control kibble, but I'm always concerned with his micronutrients. He got a bought of pancreatitis once, so crude fat must be low. How do you feel about these fresh dog foods? Better than kibble? Or not, so due to the moisture percentage?
Royal Canin or Farmina Low Grain/Grain Free for an adult Rottweiler, and why?
I have a 55 days old Rottweiler puppy,I have been feeding him with Canine creek puppy starter dry dog food,And some chicken sausages as treats and drools adult chicken & Liver gravy and also some calcium, vitamin, supplements..Is it Ok with the diet I've mentioned..The pup is eating less these days ,I don't know why! Should I change the dry food product? Thanks in advance
My dog's stool is often very soft, sometimes to the point of diarrhea. I have tried different foods, making sure they are high in fiber, but it still is happening. He is a 10-month old Miniature Schnauzer (a breed I know to have sensitive stomachs). Do you think feeding him a mix of Purina Beneful Prepared Meals Stew Variety Pack Wet Dog Food and Midwestern Pet Foods PRO PAC Ultimates Puppy Chicken Meal and Brown Rice Formula Dry Dog Food is ok?
