Picky eater’s favorite

I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel that turns his nose up to most food- forget chicken or fish, sometimes beef. I’ve tried a number of high quality dog foods to make him happy. I saw a post about Royal Canine and gave it a try. It is my fur baby’s #1 kibble choice!

Love a Brand that Makes Breed Specific Dog Food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and I am deeply impressed by Royal Canin's company. Cavaliers have a long history of heart problems and I am thrilled there is a company out there who makes it easy for Cavalier owners to supply their dogs with a diet that helps strengthen their hearts and meet needs specific to the breed. My pup also has some pretty particular allergies so unfortunately she couldn't consume much of the food because she I'd allergic to rice (this is very unusual, apparently and I was very sad about this). She did try some and even as a picky dog, she instantly liked it. I decided to pass on the bag to another Cavalier owner and she was so thankful for it. She told me her dog absolutely loved it and had never heard of the brand before. I was glad to be able to help another owner out. If Royal Canin ever made a kind with potato or pea protein as the main carbohydrate source, I would love to try again. I am apart of 10 Cavalier groups on Facebook and will share information about this food with other fellow Cavalier owners though because I believe it is a fantastic food overall. Thank you for letting me be a part of this sampling opportunity!

Switch out, save money, no more tearmarks

Ive bought more than 10 of these so far and I realized it is super overpriced (3~4 times more expensive than peers) and pretty much a scam. Most Cavaliers are allergic to chicken which creates tear marks on them. I am switching out to lamb and salmon based kibbles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does us to be first time users of this product I can say my dogs are really enjoying it. Slowly started giving them this cuz I didn’t know how they would react to it. I feel sort of weird cuz it’s for these kind of dogs I think it should be for All kinds of dogs cuz it’s healthy and good. So glad for the coupon cuz now I can save myself some money with coupon cuz it sure is pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are boy really enjoys this food. As he is a picky eater he seems to be loving this. His coat looks a lot healthier since we started using this product. I highly recommend this product for your breed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Winnie absolutely loved the Royal Canin Cavalier King Charles dog food. Winnie can be picky at times if her food doesn’t have the right texture and size. She gobbled every bite and was very excited for her next meal. I’d highly suggest trying Royal Canin Specifically formulated for your Cavalier King Charles family member.

  1. While our breed specific diets are nutritionally formulated to support the breed for which it indicates, for mix breed dogs we recommend a diet based on size and age. Please contact us through email for further assistance.
