I noticed many people say they have to wet the food because it's "too hard". Is this only for very young pups or older ones too. I feel like my 5, almost 6, month old puppies should be able to chew dry PUPPY food....
- I usually mix wet canned food with the dry kibble. It softens the kibble and gives more protein to the pup. I was recommended Royal Canine for my frenchie but recently switched to Purina Pro because it has a bigger bag at 18lbs for a reasonable price as well. Pup loves it and stays full much longer. I felt he was always hungry still after feeding him the Royal food. Hope this helps

My puppy came with this food as it was recommended by the Breeder/Kennel. The bags to small and not stocked on shelves well, prefer at this time not to change food. Please advise if and when you are coming out with a larger bag. Many pet food stores

Is Purina pro plan a good food for French bulldogs? Lou is on royan canin gastrointestinal low fat after a case of colitis. It’s time to transition him to something else and I’m looking to change his food. I have a 6 week old Staffordshire bull terrier puppy. The breeder said she was feeding him 2-3 times a day but didn’t say how much. We are trying to feed him 4 times a day (50g of his puppy meal 3X a day plus scrambled egg for a 4th meal. But he doesn’t eat all of the puppy meal , but all of the scrambled egg. Any advice?

Hello, I have a French bulldog he is only 14 days old. Under both of his armpits he has got scaby hard skin which has caused hair loss, he also has dry, flaky and scabby fur around his belly. I brushed the fur on his belly area with a comb and I could tease some of the scabs off, which caused him no pain as he barely stirred. When the scab come off it caused the hair to come off to. I’m worried because it’s spreading now onto his back but less serve compared to his armpits. Please help!! :(
