Pre-test for color fastness on a hidden area. If color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel. FOR NEW STAINS: 1. Set the sprayer to the Stream setting. 2. Apply a liberal amount to affected area. 3. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry. FOR DEEP ODOR PROBLEMS: 1. Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). If need be, remove the sprayer and apply liquid directly. 2. Allow to stand at least 1 hour (longer is better). 3. Fold a towel and place over treated area with a weighed object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the carpet pad or cushion. 4. Once dried, vacuum and inspect. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains and odors may require more than one application. FOR LAUNDRY: Spray the affected area and let sit for 30 minutes, then machine wash as usual.

Let me set the stage: I was on an overlanding trip from Kyle, TX to Arizona with my two dogs. Adventure, fresh air, freedom—until one of my pups decided to turn my Crosstrek into a biohazard zone. Day one: solid poop on the passenger seat. Gross, but manageable. I cleaned it up, shrugged it off, and thought, “Okay, crisis averted.” Night two: not so manageable. My dog unleashed what can only be described as a Category 5 diarrhea event in the front seat. My “waterproof” seat covers waved the white flag immediately. I tossed them in defeat, cleaned up, and prayed it was over. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Two more rounds followed. I cut my trip short by three days and drove 14 hours straight back to Kyle, windows cracked, nose assaulted, dignity shattered. I carpet-cleaned the seats, but the smell lingered like a ghost of bad decisions. Enter Rocco & Roxie. I was skeptical—some reviews made it sound like snake oil. But I followed the instructions, let it sit overnight, and the next morning… silence. No smell. No ghost. Just breathable air. This stuff is potent. It didn’t just mask the odor—it obliterated it. My Crosstrek no longer smells like a portable porta-potty. I can drive without gagging. Do I still feel like that seat is forever tainted? Yes. Will I ever forget the trauma? No. But thanks to Rocco & Roxie, at least my nose can move on. Verdict: If your dog ever decides to test the limits of your seat covers, skip the carpet cleaner and go straight to Rocco & Roxie. It’s the difference between “burn the car” and “drive it again.”

This product is not removing the pee order from my leather couch. If you have a leather couch I would not recommend this product to eliminate urine odors at all
