It arrived dirty, stained, and seemingly used. There were brown smudges on the bottom, grime in the corners, a warped instruction sheet stuck to the inside with filth around it, and even the included scoop was taped in like someone had returned it after using it. This is not just poor quality control—this is gross. It’s completely unacceptable to ship out a product in this condition, especially one meant for sanitary use. For the price, I expected clean, new, and ready to use—not something that looks like it came from a return bin at a thrift store. I reached out for a replacement or refund and sincerely hope this isn’t how this company normally operates. If you’re thinking of buying this because of how nice it looks in the photos—don’t. The only thing “sleek” about mine was the grime.
