size is great,
I bought this less than a month ago and it fit great in our space and it was nice looking. I have two chihuahuas and a dachshund and they ate the rubberwood spindle and got out of the kitchen.

How high is the gate?
Is it a double swing? Can you swing open the gate in and out?
- The door opens on one side only, which allows the gate to be attached to the wall surface at the top of a staircase.
