Great gate for our purposes. We have a pit bulls, one is a 6 month old puppy who is like a truck and plowed through our last gate. This one is much longer and it stretches across the large opening from the living room to family room. We like the metal versus wooden feet on our old gate, the wooden feet gave our puppies more to chew on.

Yes, I recommend this product.
