Simparica is given orally once a month at the recommended minimum dosage according to your dog's weight. Simparica can be offered by hand, in the food, or administered like other oral tablet medications. Care should be taken that the dog consumes the complete dose, and treated animals should be observed for a few minutes to ensure that part of the dose is not lost or refused.
The safe use of Revolution Plus has not been established in kittens less than 8 weeks old or in breeding, pregnant or lactating cats.

Questions
Description on box says “topical” but description with quantity says “chewable tablets”. How do I make sure I’m getting the topical?
- Feline Revolution Plus is topical. I would Google Revolution Plus for Felines or Revolution for Canines.to see which would apply to your pet. Your veterinarian would be able to tell which product was for a canine or feline.

Does this kill living fleas on the cat? We have living fleas on the cat and in the area that we need dead. Frontline did not work. Thank you!
- I used Revolution Plus and it is great. However, if you want to see the fleas drop dead within an hour or so, I'd try Capstar. It worked wonders on my outdoor cat years ago! Then, after you've treated, follow up with the recommended dose and time interval with Revolution Plus for a continual treatment. (The Capstar treatment only works for about 24 hours but it worked great.) READ DIRECTIONS. Consult with a vet before you use the two and when you should begin using each. Good luck.

RevolutionPlus comes in 3 different weights. On the website only 2.8 to 5.5lb and 11.1 to 22lb are available. What happens to cats that are 5.6 to 11lbs. Called Corp 6wks ago now posting the question..
- If the 5.6-11lbs dose is not available (found here: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/revolution-plus-topical-solution-56-11lbs-cat-pack-of-3-3095172 ), then you can safely use *two*of the *2.5-5.5lbs dose* for *one* 5.6-11lbs cat. Please, do NOT apply the 11.1-22lbs dose to a cat that's 5.6-11lbs. Like with any medication, it is calculated by weight, and you may risk causing harm to your kitty by overdosing on them. (I am not a veterinarian or licensed animal technician, but I have worked in the veterinary field. Please refer to the dosing guidelines and how much medication is in each ampule.)

If I take my cat to petco vaccine clinic and do healthy cat bundle which includes revolution plus can I the reorder for the rest of the year from petco cuz the petco clinic saw my cat?
- You can order from Petco online after your visit; however, I think the max you can get is like 3 or 6 month delivery. It will be on auto ship and works very well. Not issue with not getting whole year all at once. Only odd thing is that Petco Rx site will tell you that you don’t have any Rx, but when it’s getting time for the next delivery, it will show up as available.

Is this a 3 month or 6 month product. The written info says 6 but the picture on the box says 3.
- Each ampule lasts 1 month. You can chose a 3 month pack, which will have 3 doses, or a 6 month pack, that will have 6.

My cat has short thick hair and it’s difficult to part her hair to get close to the scalp to apply Revolution. If a lot of the product ends up on top of her fur when applied will it still be effective?
- I am a dog & Cat Groomer. I also rehilbiate wild animals. Domestic and wild animals inherently take their emotional cues from us. Don't be nervous & let the cat know you are in charge. Put said cat on your lap, pull the hair apart & put it on. Hold the cat til it spreads. You can also cut down the hair, if you don't own a clipper. To make sure it gets to the skin. Remember pets ate not "Fur babies" you are the owner of a Domestic pet!!!
