Mix one part Repashy Super Foods Crested Gecko Meal Replacement Powder with two parts water by volume, as a starting point. The mixture may appear watery at first, but will thicken after several minutes. If separation occurs over time, use less water. As fed, Meal Replacement Powder should be like a thick milkshake. Hello. I can’t get my baby crested gecko to even be interested in taking a cricket. Crickets are the right size the breeder feed and also the breeder said that this gecko was eating crickets and would hunt them. I feed Repashy. Does that supplement crickets too? My first crested gecko Oakley, did this also. But after about 3-4 weeks of trying Oakley did eat crickets. Any suggestions on how to get my new crested gecko, aspen, to eat crickets? He is really good eater with his Repashy. (three legs)
Hello. So I was wondering if I should try out another crested geckos food. They don’t seem to really ‘like it’ they only take two or three licks and then they are done. But I haven’t had any other food then Repashy. Should I try Pangea? If so why flavor would you recommend for picky cresties? Also is this the right type of calcium for cresteds? If not what type? How often do I use it? (Pic below) thanks!
I ran out of crested gecko food. I will be getting more tomorrow, but for now I blended pear, apple, strawberries, and banana only for today. Is this okay to give to my crested gecko?
Hi, I have a 4 month old gecko and he isn’t eating. I’m worried about him. His owner had him on powder smoothie mix but I tried veggie and meal worms, he won’t eat any so I went back to smoothie and he is continuing not to eat
I adopted a sick Leopard Gecko from a local pet store. The pet store doesn't take good care of Leopard Geckos. They have dried Mealworms, no calcium, no humidity, and their all crowed in one hide. My Leopard Gecko Geo wasn't eating Mealworms or Crickets. She is underweight and her tail is skinny. I started to get concerned so I started syringe feeding her daily with ReptaBoost. Today I saw her throw up some of the mix. It looks like she was struggling to regurgitate. Also the humidity is high.
Hello! Is it a MUST to gut load my mealworms? ALso, do I HAVE to dust them in calsium if I'm providing the calcium in the crested gecko diet? One last thing: are mealworms or crickets better for my crestie? Thanks so much for all your help!
Is it ok to not feed my crested gecko live insects, and just feed him Pangea with insects, and Repashy diet? Also, my crested gecko has lots of things to climb on and hide in, yet he prefers to stay at the bottom of the cage. He is pretty lethargic, but I'm not sure if it's just he is a very mellow crestie... (I have the temps around 65 to 75 degrees during the day, and at night it's around 60 degrees. He eats almost every other day, sometimes 2 times a week.) Thanks!
Hi there, my name is Ryan and I own a crested gecko named Steve. Recently I upgraded his home with a bigger tank and all new substrate, plants and cork hides. For the past 5 or so days he hasn't been eating any live crickets or mealworms. He will rarely eat his Crested Gecko diet. His temperature has been steadily at or below 80 degrees Farenheight and his humidity has been around 50-70%. His movements resemble a chameleon and he moves much slower now. Is there any advice you have for me? Thanks
I have a gargoyle gecko all OK last two years but very recently lost weight to point I can see his ribs, his legs and feet are weak. Has wood chip substrate Cork board walls hollow logs and branches. He eats phelsuma mix and locusts mist once day or every other. Approx 25c with heat mat which is turned off at night.
I have a 2 year old male Leopard Gecko.I bought him a year ago and he was very skinny (24 gr).Now he is in a 60×45×30 exo terra and he weights 48 grams. He eats mealworms, superworms and waxworms. He usee to love crickets but now he doesn't touch them. From time to time he stops eating and makes me stressed.I know about nutrition and care and all and he's healthy but sometimes ge stops eating for a couple of weeks or a month! What am I doing wrong? He is very calm around be and well tamed.
I've never had a crested gecko before and I'm about to rescue one from a girl. This gecko has MBD. I need all advice and tips on how to help it. Thank you!
I rescued a 3year old leopard gecko I brought him home about 2weeks ago he is very tame after about 4days I started to offer him food the people I rescued him from feed him super worms I slowly try to change him to crickets since I know super worms don’t have that much nutrition value i gut loded the crickets and dust them whit calcium he didn’t show no interest in them then I try to feed him back to super worms to see if he would eat he hasn’t been eating it been about 2weeks and 3 days?
