Everyone stay calm
This is an interesting product. I turned on the little machine and my cats were instantly curious. They smelled it, laid down, and stayed there for a solid 10-15 minutes while it was on. We like how portable and compact it is. Having different settings is nice too. One of my cats was intrigued by the lights on the device too, so that was fun. I think the concept and intentions are good, but probably not for everyone.

Quality product
Surprised with the quality of the relaxopet pro. This item has a nice weight to it and you can tell it’s made with quality in mind. I haven’t had the chance to fully test out this product, due to it taking some time to adjust to your household sounds to better understand your cat. Hoping in time it will help my situation between two cats not getting along. The buttons on the bottom are slightly confusing. Your best bet is YouTubing how to use its functions so you get the most from this item. Not completely sure on recommendations yet, will update as necessary.

Not worth it
The instructions were not clear. It took me awhile to figure out how to even turn it off. It's basically just a weird music box. It did not work for my cats. But apparently you can used it for your birds and dogs too. Which did not work.

Works great when used right.
It works well, but you do have to take time to get your cat adjusted to it. The instructions are minimal and if you try to look up more about it online, the website is in German and doesn't give much more information. However, when you figure it out, it works well. I took 2 to 3 weeks to get my cat adjusted to it by placing it in the same room as him during a calm, peaceful time, which is what is recommended. It doesn't work if your cat doesn't associate it with relaxation. Just having it on in the background while we took naps, watched tv, or even studying. The first time I actually got to try it was during a severe thunderstorm, and since he was already acclimated to it, the machine worked well to calm him down and create a less stressful environment for my boys.

I think it’s working
I was skeptical to try this product initially. My cat and dog don’t always get along- they tend to antagonize each other especially in the evening and when we are trying to make dinner. I have tried other calming agents that didn’t make a difference. I liked that this product can be always on in the background “listening” and it activates when stressful noises are detected. The directions are a little vague but easy enough to understand. I like that it has a calming music option as well. I have it placed in the kitchen and I do feel that the evening scuffles have decreased over the last couple of weeks. Even for slightly more peace in the house with minimal effort I will continue to use it.

Ive been using this for a few weeks to see the actual effect or results it can have. I want to compare it to the equivalent of a baby hatch sound machine. I have 3 cats and 2 of which can be anxious so this is a great addition to soothing their needs at home when i cant be with them at all times

Works!
Basically a speaker with a permanent set of classical music with a motion/ noise sensor. It’s does work for one of my cats, but doesn’t seem to have much affect on the other. I wish there was a pay to upload or download a few other sets of music, hearing the same tunes over and over is driving me nuts

Pretty neat gadget! It really works for the cats!
This is a pretty interesting gadget. I think it's worth the price. I have a extremely fresh cat and this helps him relax. I think it even works on my dog who gets anxious during thunderstorms. He seemed to be a little bit calmer along with his thunder coat.

- It is a training device to help your cat be calm. It has a sound (classical) or vibration only. It can play continual or be activated.

Will this product help my cat not to groom excessively?
- That would likely depend on why your cat is grooming. If your cat seems to groom as a stress response (clinically known as displacement autogrooming; for example, if people come to visit and your cat spontaneously starts grooming themselves obsessively in the middle of the floor instead of a "normal" response to intruders such as running/hiding, hissing, or investigating, that's displacement autogrooming), then I'd expect this would help, as the intent of it is to reduce stress.

I have three cats and we recently got a puppy. The puppy is very excited when he sees the cats which freaks them out. They start hissing and swatting and the puppy thinks they are playing. Will this help them get along?
Does this product help with multi-cat aggression? In other words, could it help two territorial cats get along with each other?
- Yes this will help your cats get along with one another. You won't see instant results but after a week you will see their aggression diminish.

- We honour all retailers return policies. However, we do recommend that you try to use the RelaxoPet Pro for about a week straight before deciding if it works or not. Some pets need a longer period of time to acclimate themselves to use.

Does it matter the size of the room or the number of cats if you have more then most people
- The number of cats you have doesn't make a difference in the use of the RelaxoPet Pro, however the size of the room does matter. The RelaxoPet Pro if effective for up to a 10 ft radius inside and 5 ft radius outside. If you have an exceptionally large room, it would be wise to use more than one RelaxoPet Pro.

Does it help them urinating on places? We have cats and dogs. Do we need both? They are always in the same location.
- You would have to figure out which one of your pets is the most stressed. If your dog is very relaxed but your cat is stressed, get a cat unit. If your cat is relaxed but the dog is stressed, pick up a dog unit. If they are both equally stressed, studies show that the cat unit works better on dogs than the dog version works on cats.
