Regu-Mate Solution (altrenogest) contains altrenogest, an oral progestin, to suppress estrus in mares to allow for a predictable occurrence of estrus following drug withdrawal. Each mL of Regu-Mate (altrenogest) Solution 0.22% contains 2.2 mg of altrenogest in an oil solution.
