Not what you think...
Ordered 4 of these at the same time, so they would all match. One was exactly as pictured and desribed. The other 3 must have been an older model or something. Latch was different and not as good, the rubber stops that touch the wall did not grip as well, and the door only swings one direction on the old ones. B9xes were different so I guess I should have figured before I even opened them.
Side note, not an issue with the product itself, but I purchased this specifically because it said would arrive with in 2 days of ordering. In actuality it came in multiple shipments as far as a week later. Overall, complete click bait. Beware.

Poor Quality
I bought this gate, except the one at PETCO had a smaller door at the bottom, I'm guessing to help feed the dog behind the gate. Anyways, we have a 50lb boxer who is able to push the weaker points and pop the gate off the wall, no matter how tight the gate is... A new development occurred where our dog was able to open the small door at the bottom and he somehow wiggled his way through.

Regalo White Extra Tall Metal Pet Gate
I really like this pet gate! The price (and quality), compared to some others available and considered, was also a major attraction. It seems sturdy and well made, available in white, and was fairly easy to assemble and install. I agree that the (4) provided wall cups should be installed to prevent this pet gate from being pushed out of the opening, even under tension. The ONLY reason for a loss of 1 star rating is that the actual step-through opening is rather narrow and requires turning sideways for this 200 pound man. I do realize that may be a design limitation for an adjustable 29-36.5 inch wide pet gate.

Sizing issue
The product instructions indicate the gate shouldn’t be more than 2.5 inches from the wall. Mine is 3 inches from each side but the extender makes it too big because the spindles don’t slide all of the way in. Had to skip the extender and it feels a bit unsafe.

Awesome gate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gate a month ago. I needed a taller gate since my baby is walking and getting taller every day. It was easy to install and is very good quality. It is easy to open for an adult. I’m so glad now my baby will be safe!

Super tall and works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this Extra tall safety gate to use to separate my living room and kitchen so that my niece will not go into the kitchen while we are cooking. She is pretty tall for her age so we needed a taller one so that she couldn't climb over it. What I love about this one is that it is very sturdy metal and has a nice opening to open it, you do not have to climb over it or take it down every time you want to go into the kitchen like other ones. The opening inst very wide, and with me being bigger, its a bit of tight squeeze to get through it but it works amazing!!What I also love about this one is how easy it is to clean, you just take a damp cloth and wipe it down and you are good to go. I highly recommend this one.

Great Gate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this gate to block off my kitchen from my living room to keep my large dogs away from my kids during dinner. It's tall enough that my great dane doesnt try to jump it. It was super easy to install and it's a breeze to open and close. My toddlers have no problems stepping through the gate thanks to the easy step feature.

Will the gate fit a 34.5 inch door opening? I know the description states up to 36 inches but that's with a 4 inch extender. Therefore sounds like it fits 29-32 inches and then a firm 36 inches and nothing between 32-36.
- But you are forgetting the threaded screw in/out tension rods and cups which will cover the in-between sizes that have you concerned

Will this gate fit a door opening which is approximately 32 inches wide?
- The gate description states: "Expands to fit openings between 29 and 36.5 inches with an included 4-inch extension"—and I agree. My door opening is 34 inches wide, and I would expect that the threaded pressure mounts would not have to be screwed out as far as mine to fit a 32 inch door opening. I hope that helps.

Every other listing for this gate, including on the Regalo company website, says that it is 36" high, not 41" high. So is this, in fact, 41" high or not?
- The extra tall white Regalo pet gate that was advertised on the Petco website that I ordered, paid for, received, installed, and just measured is 41 INCHES TALL. It is still advertised on the Petco website as being 41 INCHES TALL!

- 1) As closely as I can measure it, 16 5/16 inches (a little over 16 and a quarter inches) 2) It varies from 2 to 2 1/4 inches
