Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?

Hello, I recently washed my dog, who is a 3 year old English Bulldog. It's been a few hours since washing her and she has developed large red bumps all over her body. She does not look to be in pain, is acting normal and even playing, but I am wondering if this is possibly an allergic reaction or something more serious?
