great idea, poor quality
I bought these about 2 months ago. I only hand wash them, and have a 14lb. dog. The black matte finish is already chipping off both of them. Also, my dog got freaked out at first at how reflective the interior of the bowl is. I wish they would have just made the entire bowl brushed stainless inside and out.

Not a slanted dog food bowl
I was looking for a slanted dog food bowl and found this Reddy Slanted dog dood bowl. I ordered it for Pickup (great service!), picked it up, and went home.
What I discovered when I got home is the wall of the bowl is as you see it in the images: round with one side higher than the other; it looks slanted. But the actual bowl inside is not. The bottom of the bowl is on the floor. The bowl itself is not raised at any angle at all. It is really just a standard depth bowl with higher sides.
A "slanted bowl" should have the bowl raised to be higher and slanted for cats and dogs that shouldn't lowering their heads/faces, like brachycephalic dogs (Frenchies, Buldlogs, Maltese, etc). This bowl does not do that. The name of it is wrong.

Not the product - the process
I went through the process of ordering this bowl online for delivery. I went all the way through checkout and got an order number and a receipt and an invoice. Not one minute later… I got an email saying that they didn’t have the product in stock and my payment would be refunded. No question about a different delivery date or keeping it on order until new stock arrived just here’s your refund goodbye. Period.

No more food outside the bowl
I bought this Reddy slanted ss dog bowl for my two dogs that eat so fast that they drop their kibble all around...with this bowl about 95% stays in the bowl. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend
Good bowl for snub nose dogs. It was smaller than I thought but it does hold 2 cups of food. Love it or hate it, I leave food out for my Frenchie and she eats her 2 cups when she feels like it. Makes my life easier since I am not home at consistent times every day. It is much better than the plastic holder version I bought this to replace. Highly recommend.
