This toy was a hit with my 3 dogs, my big complaint is that the edge is easy to rip apart with the size/shape of this toy. We have a bear toy from the same line that doesn't have that problem so it's definitely related to the skinny shape.

This gator is way smaller than expected for a toy labeled "large". But it seems very durable and tear resistant, has reinforced seams around the legs, and the fabric is water resistant so it's easy to rinse off.

This toy is strong but still fluffy enough that my dog wants to play with it. My dog loves to chew the tags off of toys so when I saw that the legs were kind of flat and wide, I was hopeful that he would really like this toy. And it is true! He loves the legs!
