This product was a mat and a cutting board. It is definitely a neat design but the cutting board if you fold it does not fold back down very good. The mat doesn’t really clean up good. But I liked how the cutting board slid into the mat!

This prep mat has been great for preparing treats and food for my dog. All of our pets love vegetables and the cutting board part of it has been easy to clean, even with things like cucumbers or tomatoes.

I love the the folding cutting board, making it easy to transfer food from the board to the bowl. The mat is nice and thick, good quality and I love the color. I would have liked for the board to be a bit bigger as I have a large dog. So it's kind of small if you're prepping several days of food, but great for a single meal. Besides prepping dog food, I think the folding cutting board would be ideal for chopping herbs or other small things that don't usually slide off a cutting board well. I think I will get a lot of use out of this.

This is the handiest product I have found in a long time! I am always looking for something to chop my dogs food on, now I have a dedicated board and a mat to keep my counters clean! This will be a lot of help the next time I chop up bananas for their treat!

I absolutely loved this mat! Super plush and the cutting board is sturdy. I often worry about the durability of products like this bc of wet food but this is washable which gives me peace of mind. I look forward to having this for a long time!

Typically use it at home. It helps keep my dogs food away from any other food and cross contamination. With the cloth cover, I know that I can transport it to other places if I’m traveling with with my dog

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This cutting board and mat work well. I like the mat to protect the countertop from the dog bowl, keeping it sanitary. The cutting board is pretty rigid. I think it would be useful to be a little more flexible so as to fold more easily. Other than that, works as expected. If you do a lot of food prep for your pets, you will like this product.

While I don't think this is something I would go out of my way to buy, I found this product to be exceptionally superior in quality. The cutting board was made using thick, durable plastic. Despite the many times I used it, it still didn't have those unsightly slice/groove/cut marks that you so often see on cutting boards (gross). It felt extra sanitary for all of my tasks and didn't require any kind of excessive cleaning between uses. The drying mat portion was impressive in quality, as well. It was made with thick padding and soft, durable, and absorbent fabric. It had a handy little "pocket," which I slid the cutting board into, so that I didn't have to worry about getting any of the food drippings on my hands when I transferred it from cutting board to food bowl. The only reason why I say I wouldn't buy this product myself, is simply because it's just not something I'd use to prepare my dogs' meals. It wouldn't strike me as something I "needed." (However, it could certainly be nice to have.) I don't regularly serve them things that require a great deal of cutting and/or preparation. When I do, I just use a cutting board or plate and either slide the pieces off into their food bowls or simply pick them up with my hands. I can imagine that this product could be useful for pet parents who frequently serve meat, raw vegetables, etc. to their pets, as the folding feature of the cutting board portion is quite convenient. I do wish the cutting board part of this product bent a little bit easier/smoother, but it's not terrible. It might become more flexible with time and/or warmer temperatures. (I live in Eastern Connecticut and tested this product during winter months..so maybe that played a part lol.) I also loved the color of the green that this came in. It was almost more like a subtle hunter green/grey. It's not too bright or "too green" so I'd imagine it could probably match more types of kitchen decor and styles. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends, especially those who prepare meals for their pets. Depending on price, I might even recommend it to friends who don't, simply because of how great the drying mat's quality is!
