I really like this mat! I have been using it under my dogs water bowl and it is surprisingly absorbent and helps to stop spilled water from collecting around the bowl. It is also a good size, I am using it under a water bowl that holds about 2 gallons and it works well for my large and giant breed dogs. I also really liked that one side of the mat had a sticky/non slip surface, so it does not slide around or get bunched up.

I got the Reddy Blue Woven Dog Placemats. My 6 month old Labrador Retriever is a very messy Eater and I got tired of food everywhere on the floor. This mat keeps everything in one area, the metal food bowl does not slide around any more, and it looks nice.

I put this down because I have two large, very drooly dogs that soak everything after drinking water. I put this down in front of the water dish and it helps with the floor in that room greatly. The grips on the bottom are very helpful in keeping it in place.

This product is exactly what i needed for my animals food and water bowls. It keeps them from sliding all over the floor. This product was very well made and I would definitely recommend this for all your pets needs.
