I bought this to keep my puppy, who is recovering from a broken leg, entertained and busy. In short, he spends a lot of time chewing on these. There were comments about the smell, which I do understand. However, he spends more time chewing these than the expensive, less smelly, bully sticks that my friend got for him. If the smell entices more, then so be it!
