Shipping out expired test kits
I’ve now received three expired Red Sea test kits from Petco, and I’m currently waiting on the fourth replacement. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that after multiple returns due to expired products, no one is checking the expiration dates before shipping them out again. These test kits are not cheap, and accuracy is crucial for the health of my reef tank. After the second expired kit, I expected more care to be taken, but clearly that hasn’t happened. This kind of oversight and lack of quality control is unacceptable. I hope Petco addresses this issue seriously moving forward.
