Description
The Randall's Assessor Basslet is generally hardy and stunning in coloration. They are brightly colored, easy to care for and readily take prepared foods, which make them very appealing. They have an adult size of about 2" which makes them ideal for nano aquariums. This fish is known to find a hole in rockwork and make a home out of it. The Randall's Assessor Basslet can become territorial, so use caution when adding more fish to the aquarium and only one Basslet should be added. For continued health, provide a diet of frozen meaty foods and pellets. They are commonly misidentified as a Dottyback due to the color and body shape. The Randall's Assessor Basslet are found in the waters within the western Pacific.
