The Rainbow Shark is a stunning freshwater fish known for its sleek, streamlined body and vibrant red fins. Native to Southeast Asia, this lively species is cherished by aquarists for its bold appearance and energetic swimming. Reaching up to 6 inches in length, the Rainbow Shark thrives in aquariums of at least 50 gallons, providing ample space for its active nature. While generally peaceful, it can become territorial with bottom-dwellers or similarly shaped species, so it's best housed with peaceful fish that occupy different areas of the tank. As an omnivore, the Rainbow Shark enjoys a varied diet of high-quality pellets, flakes, and occasional live or frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp. It also benefits from fresh vegetables and algae-based foods to support its vibrant colors and overall health. With its striking appearance and dynamic behavior, the Rainbow Shark is perfect for intermediate aquarists seeking both beauty and personality in their freshwater setup.

Will 2 Bala sharks be okay in my 6.5 gallon tank
I have 2 salmenese tiger fish and two smaller fish in approximately 3.5 L bowl. I bought them on 1 April. 3 act normal but one act abnormal from first day. One salmenese tiger fish doesn't move much first it stayed at bottom now it's gapping at surface and if I try to catch to check it it goes down again. It's fins are turning red or I don't know if it already was. I don't understand how to help. Parents are out town so I can't go to shop. I am not sure if all are eating food.
I recently bought a pearl arrowana fish what care should I take
We just tranferred Joey from a 40 Gallon Tank to a new 90+ Gallon Terrain... He seemed to be pretty happy till today. We noticed right before we changed tanks that he had some dark coloration on his left side and tip of his tail.. He was shedding at the time so we figured it was part of it.. It has yet to go away, and today he seems VERY active, mostly attempting to climb the glass of the tank. I have attached a photo, Thank You in advance! ~Robert~
Hello! my tropic tetra fish, límon, has a cut out down the middle that I have not noticed before and her tail has a small cut too. she lives in a 10 gallon community tank with 3 more tropic tetras. none of her tank mates are aggressive. Does she have fin rot or some other disease? she gets regular water changes and has been acting completely normal. please send help!
I dont know if you are a tropical fish specialist. But there is something going on in my tank and need help diagnosing it. My corydora has two raised growths ..one at the base of its fin. And one under the eye. My pleco seems a bit tattered too. A little flashing was happening with my yoyo loach also. That's now stopped after a water change.

My betta is a baby boy (4monthold) When I first got him he was red with white. 2 months ago his growing fins began becoming blue. Abt 3 weeks ago I see that he began losing his color a bit& began becoming kind of transparent, so I took the water to get checked& the water was good but the store couldnt check for ammonia cause they had ran out of that test(water has conditioner). Last night I notice that he started getting a shiny silver color on 1side of mouth& in gill. But he is acting normal
