Our puppy is 9.5 weeks old , got him a week and a half ago . He is energetic . We put him on a harness and a leash . He’s just sits down and doesn’t want to move . We even tried to entice him with treats ,he barely goes for the treat , he just comes and sits on our lap not wanting to move , once we take off harness and leash , he is back to his playing self , trying for 3 days now , any tips . We let him be on Harness and leash without us controlling it , but he sits still or sleeps . Any tips ?

Hi I have a big question, I have a 10wk old cat that's the runt of a liter of 5 cats. Now I recently noticed that she has trouble breathing and the bottom of her belly looks purple, she eats and drinks very little and she poops and pees fine. Had X-rays done seems that her stomach is by her lung and I was told I need to take her to a specialist .
