For years, this was my favorite go to litter. People would come to my house and ask me what I used because they couldn’t smell it at all. Then several years back, I noticed it stopped masking the smell quite as well and it seemed to be clumping differently. Afraid to branch out and try something else, I stuck with it. In the last year or two, I’ve noticed the quality has just gone down on it so much. It no longer masks the smell, it clumps onto the sides so bad but leaves the clumps wet in the middle, so when you go to scoop, the whole thing just crumbles and falls apart. It’s also EXTREMELY dusty. When it used to be hardly dusty at all. Please Purina, look over the formulas from years back and compare it to now. Look at the overwhelming number of reviews you have stating how loyal customers are very aware of a terrible change. Maybe it’s the source of a specific ingredient, but something needs to change. You guys had such a great product that really stuck out on the market at one point.
