Clean the cat box with warm water and a mild detergent between litter changes. Use just like a traditional clumping litter. 1. Pour to a depth of 3-4 inches. 2. Remove solids daily. 3. Add more litter to maintain a depth of 3-4 inches. Pour close to the litter box for maximum Tidy-ness! Store in a dry place.

Have not received product. Texted customer service and was informed that package with other products was going to be expedited since package was never send from the start but never received confirmation email nor product. Still waiting.

This is possibly the worst litter I've ever tried!! I have 2 cats & 2 litter boxes, 1 is a covered litter box & the other is not. The litter boxes are both on mats to lessen the amount of litter that gets tracked through the house. I have laminate flooring in the area I keep the boxes & every single time they get used I can actually hear the litter hit the floor when they step out & kick it off their feet. Its sticks to them like nothing I've ever used before & I have litter all over my home!! I very rarely go out of my way to write a review. I have used other litter products made by Purina & several other companies, including generic & store brand products, but this one has been very disappointing! Having more than 1 cat I bought the biggest box available at the time. I'm not even going to get into how many times a day I've been sweeping...

Expensive and a total messy and ineffective litter

This is the worst litter I have ever bought and the most expensive. It does not mask the orders. It is the messiest. Litter all over the floor from paws. It’s like cement and stays in paws and dries i between toes and on Manila and butt. Terrible.

As stated above I have used & recommended the Instant Action since it came out. But they've changed the formula & it no longer compares to the old formula. It is much heavier than before & doesn't lock in odors Litte, even with one cat. I'm extremely disappointed. Now I have to find another litter.

Why the waste in this new packaging?

Excess waste bothers me. Excess waste that makes dispensing the product difficult is infuriating. I guess Purina just likes to cut corners with redundant changes to their packaging. If anything, I would prefer as close to 0 plastic to be used in this product as possible. That includes packaging. The previous packaging was nearly perfect if you ignored how hard it was to open the pour flap in the old design.
Like seriously... what the heck is up with this new packaging? Why does it need a garbage bag inside the box? Why can't it just be the litter inside the box? You know, like how it was previously for years? Simple, the box wasn't difficult to break down to recycle, plus it had a handle I could use to pour the litter.
How is this new packaging easier? If this was going to be the case then just sell the dang product in the garbage back that is incredibly difficult to pour into the little box, or to get all of the remaining litter out of it. The practicality of the bag's need is quite baffling as this just feels like it was meant to be a liner for the box it comes in. Oh and to top it off more plastic is added to the box with the tape. Just what I want... more waste.

Bag problems and dust

While this litter works and comes in a recyclable container, I have had problems with the plastic bag in the cardboard box leaking out the bottom of the bag. After being in a box one day the litter is dry and dusty. To be fair no litter tried so far is without dust after a day or two in the dry winter air.

Horrible Litter!

Claims to mask odor but the smell control only lasts for one to two uses. Litter scents don't usually stick to my cat but this one does. NOT a good thing to smell up close. Plus the litter gets EVERYWHERE! No amount of sweeping helps. There will still be some pieces I find afterwards in various areas of the house. The litter also causes a dust cloud when scooping. It being lightweight is NOT WORTH ALL OF THIS STRESS!
