They use to eat chicken, turkey, salmon (sometimes) and this time I decided to change the flavors. I purchased a small bag thinking she wouldn’t eat it and I cannot believe it, they love it. I will purchase a big bag in a few weeks.

I buy it at pet smart since that’s the only local store that carries it in my area. It has good ingredients and my cats fur is shiny and he has a good weight to him ever since he started eating this food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received a free sample of Purina Pro Plan Vital Systems Salmon & Egg Formula 4-in-1 Dry Cat Food in exchange for my honest review.] I fed this dry food to our youngest cat, Kenny, who just turned 7 and is very active. He has become a picky eater within the past couple years. After trying a number of different brands and formulas to address our cats' specific needs, I've found that he has expensive taste; he loves Purina Pro Plan! I received this food shortly after switching all three of our cats to a different brand and formula to specifically help one of them with their sensitive skin. Despite the fact that Kenny has eaten that formula before and had no problems with it, now he was turning up his nose at his food. But as soon as I offered him some of the Pro Plan he perked up and finally started eating more, much to my relief! I followed the directions for transitioning him to his new food and after a week he was eating only the Pro Plan. The kibble is higher in calories compared to different brands so I didn't have to feed him as much. Kenny would get 1/2 cup every day split into two meals. The downside is that he would be hungry throughout the day since he would finish his meals pretty quickly. I think the food helped to support his seemingly endless energy and it obviously made him happy. Now this food that he loved has run out and he has been given a new food to try. To the surprise of no one, he's being picky again. Unfortunately, we cannot afford Pro Plan so we will need to experiment with Kenny's food to find something that suits his expensive tastes. But if in the future we have more money to be able to spend on cat food then we will definitely buy him one of the Pro Plan formulas!

However, she had no hesitation trying this food and it gave her absolutely no tummy trouble whatsoever! She really did love the flavor, and I believe I saw her become a little more playful and active!
