My cat is happy with the taste & takes more readily than I expected!

Hydra care now comes in smaller packages is a different color and made in Thailand not France. It's the same price as previously charged. My senior cat is vomiting more with this new formula. He has kidney issues and drinks no water so this WAS a great product until the recent change. I now give him less of it due to the recent changes. :(

My senior cat was losing weight and was we thought it may be her time. We found out she had stage 2 kidney disease and needed to stay hydrated. This product was a life saver literally. She has one pouch daily and acts like herself again. I was willing to do iv fluids at home but this product helped me not have to do that.

Petco was a lifesaver! They had this product in when no one else did! Very good product to supplement for a sick kitty on the mend to make sure he's getting enough hydration.

I have a senior cat that has the first stages of kidney failure and IBD. She needs constant fluids and these help with just that. She hasn't had issues with the flavor or irrating her IBD, so we are both pleased! One thing to note, you have to give 1 packet for every 5lbs of body weight to be effective per the instructions, so make sure your car likes it before buying a bunch.

I wanted my cat to like this very picky because she needs it. She smelled it and won't come near, tried mixing with other foods, nope.

My senior cat has depended on this for a year. It WAS the most balanced, nutritious form of supplemental hydration. Now, the consistency is different, my cat won't even touch it (whereas she used to devour like a milkshake), And the contents per package are 10% smaller. We did not vote for tariffs NOR expect a vastly inferior product sold under identical description or inflated volume.

My cat did not drink the entire pouch in one day. Can I save it for the next day? If so does it need to be refrigerated? If she only drinks 1/2 of the pouch is it worth it? She weighs 6.5 pounds.

The manufacturer says once open the pouch is good for 12 hours. I know people that refrigerate a portion and use within 24 hours. There is a recommended amount on the box about how much they should have by how many pounds they weigh. We feed our cat 4 times per day and put her portion down. Towards the end we usually mix hydracare with the remaining food and she slurps that up.

I'm not sure where you're coming from BUT the ingredients are clearly written on the box as well as each individual packet. It also says "feed one pouch per 5 lbs of body weight per day to adult cats." My cat has been using this for three years and I have NEVER heard anything about giving them too much nor about any side affects. Quite the opposite, he loves it and our vet totally supports him.

Is it possible to purchase 2 pouches for a test run? My kitty has mega colon and doesn’t ingest as much water as I think she should. I have to put miralax in a soft pouch of pate which she loves and will devour it. Unfortunately this has been discontin
