A food my cat loves (both dry and wet) and is allowing her to lose weight in a healthy way. She is weighed weekly by me stepping on my scale holding her then doing the same without her in my arms. It's not quite as precise as I would like but does show me that with this diet and her regular habits she is slowly going back to an ideal weight.
