My dog loved the food but she's 9 lbs and 16 yrs old so having a smaller kibble option would be great

please do not feed this to your dog. This almost killed my dog. I have claims with Purina and I have claims with FDA do not feed this to your dog please look at alternative food and or homemade food

My dog was diagnosed with kidney issues almost two years ago. Our vet prescribed Purina NF Kidney Food, and since then he has been perfectly fine! He also loves it

I have an almost 2 year old Dogue de Bordeaux named Rip who was diagnosed about a month ago with stage three kidney disease. He was losing weight rapidly, his strength was diminishing-his personality just fading away-I would cry just looking at him. Getting him to eat was torture for both of us-I honestly thought I wasn't going to get six more months with him and would go back and forth debating if it was humane or fair to try to keep him going. Had to try prescription appetite stimulants which he hated. Bought this food as a last ditch effort as he has become EXCEEDINGLY picky about what was in his bowl. Other prescription foods made him just turn his head. The second I placed a small bowl in front of him he began eating-and hasn't stopped. It's only been three days, but he has eaten more in those than in the past month. I can't believe it. I don't even have to try and mix in toppers or anything in the bowl-just the dry kibble. His spark is coming back, now I am hoping his weight does too. I truly am amazed. Found this food by chance just doing research, but whatever is in it, seems to be working!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Great food - my dog loves it. I would give it 5 stars but my only complaint is that the kibble is too large and hard. It's not an ideal size or shape for my 6lb dog. I have to cut the food in half with a pill cutter.

Was afraid my pup wouldn't like it but she absolutely loves it.

I tried 2 cans from the Vet and my yellow lab liked it, so i ordered 3 cases which would have lasted a month. (36 cans) When the order came she ate from 2 cans and will not eat it anymore. I waited one week and I tried it again, and she refuses to eat it. We have returned to the dry food which she eats sparingly. My mistake was ordering too much. I would suggest to try it and order a case at the time.

So unhappy with the shrinking size of bag and increasing cost of this food. This was the most affordable life saver option for our old fella with kidney disease. Definitely disappointed with the change. The food itself seems to work for him okay but definitely doesn't keep weight on like other kidney diets.
