Canned EN is a major part of our protocol with animals in GI distress. Even if it's only a few days worth, it can help get pets through diarrhea and vomiting episodes and helps their GI tract gently return to normal. I dogs with chronic GI stressors, such as my own personal Aussie/heeler mix (13 yo, M/I) who we just discovered several large abdominal masses, one of which presses on his stomach, a half can twice daily has kept him going with plenty of energy. I honestly can not say enough good things about this food. It's gentle without being boring. My dog loves eating it and my other dogs are jealous. I HIGHLY recommend this food for short term and long term uses as needed by a variety of patients.
