Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 109 g of Pro Plan. We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly.

What is the best dog food and treats for a small breed with a sensitive stomach
Best inexpensive boxer dry dog food
Hello. My dog Winston has a sensitive stomach and sensitive skin. I am currently feeding him the dog food brand Wholehearted. I believe that the food making him sick. What is a good dog food brand for sensitive stomachs and skin.
After months of IBD and diarrhea, we switched jack to Royal Canin KO formula. All poop issues 100% resolved, but then the vomiting started. Always bile. Omeprazole and Pepcid have been unsuccessful. Since it started when we started the KO, I assume it’s related but I’m nervous to switch lest poop problems come back. Looking for novel protein, with grain, with no peas/potatoes/chickpeas/lentils. Would you recommend Purina Pro Plan Focus Adult Sensitive Skin & Stomach Salmon & Rice Formula Dry ?
I am going to switch my puppy to Purina pro plan savor puppy food is it a good food for him?
I want to be sure that my 1 year old Parson Russell Terrier is getting the best food. He has skin sensitivity. My vet prescribed Royal Canin Skin Sensitivity. It costs a fortune. A friend who works for a vet told me that her dog( who also has skin sensitivity) was prescribed Purina Pro Plan.. It also doesn’t list grains on the Royal Canin. I want to make sure it isn’t grain free. My last dog died from cardiomyopathy and CHF at 7 years old. Advice Please??
Our 10 month old lab, staffordshire mix scratches and chews on herself. The vet recommended switching her food to Pro Plan Sensitive which we are doing right now by blending her food. I am wondering if there is any other supplement or vitamin that we should try.
I have a male German Shepherd mix and a female Pitt bull mix; my male is more easier to feed. Honestly will eat anything no problem but my female is more sensitive. Grain free taste of the wild salmon and venison line she likes. No issues with excretion but ever since I switched her skin is bright red with dandruff and more dry. Coat looks thinner, shedding a lot more. I don’t know what else to try. Recommendations?
My two year old black lab has a very sensitive stomach & terrible skin allergies. He is currently eating Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream. I don’t believe this is working for him because he has terrible gas, frequent itching & licking despite taking an allergy medication, & very loose stool. I’ve been told to switch him to a limited ingredient diet, but I don’t know what brand to use. I am also concerned about peas/lentils can affect a dog’s heart.
What is a recommended dog food? My dog just turned one and she has developed a sensitive stomach to her blue buffalo food (chicken & brown rice). She was not a a fan of this food and often wouldn’t eat it. I was recommended by my vet to try Natural Balance LID, and her health has improved (no more puking or diarrhea) but she is never excited to eat it & often waits until later to finally eat breakfast. I have her on chicken & sweet potato. Should I try duck? Or fish? or a different brand?
