“Meat by-products”—is there chicken in this? My 14 yr old male is allergic to chicken.
- My best advice to you is to call Purina direct. They would be the only ones that can tell you if the duck contains any chicken( Meat-by-Product). You need to ask them exactly what meat is in the meat-by-product.

- I’m not sure about trials. But I know that Purina dog and cat food is made according to strict regulations of AAFCO and Purina is always testing their food. Hope this helps

Lou has been on royal canin gastro intestinal low fat wet food for about 2 weeks bc he had stress colitis the vet said. His fecal and giardia were negative. He’s been doing great on that food but transitioning him over has been tough. He either won’t eat it w his food mixed in or he struggles to poop and it’s runnier. I planned on trying to transition to Purina pro plan this week hoping it will be better.

So long period of time he would only throw up like twice a month maybe, I recently switched to 9 lives patted and he was fine for 2 weeks, now today he has throw up 3 times, in other words every time he has eaten. Hello my cat is not well. I was feeding her Acana Wild Prairie...and i switched foods to another...that she would not eat. At first I thought she was just being fussy (she is a cat). But then she stopped eating anything. I went out and bought her Acana Wild Prairie again, and as soon as I got home she ate a bunch. About 10 mins later she puked it all up.
