It’s time to transition him to something else and I’m looking to change his food. He would only eat pure balance wet food after his ivdd surgery but I don’t think it’s the best and it’s sometimes hard to find. Any advice
I’m not sure what to start feeding my 7 week old Beagle. She is 1 pound and has been on wet food for the last week. I’m trying to transition her but she has had constant diarrhea. The brand of choice I prefer is Purina but I haven’t found anything for her size.

I have a litter of 7 puppies that are 7 weeks old. I notice today that their stool is really pudding like. The mother still feeds them ever so often along with puppy food. The mother and dad have allergies and the only kind of food they can eat is purina chicken and rice. No pork at all and very little need. Could it be the food or milk. I wormed them 2 weeks ago also. I noticed the rectum on one very red and slightly swollen.
RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.
My lab mixed is about 10 years old and is having dental problems. I have noticed that she is having a hard time eating and is losing weight. So I'm going to switch her to a senior soft food. But I was wondering if there might be a recommendation of a brand or type?
