Bring to mind your dog's younger days with Purina Pro Plan BRIGHT MIND Adult 7+ Chicken and Rice Formula dry dog food. Around age 7, a dog's brain begins to change how it metabolizes glucose, which can affect memory, learning, awareness or decision-making. Purina discovered that enhanced botanical oils can be used to provide an additional fuel source for the brain in dogs age 7+. When added to the daily diet of dogs 7 and older, these enhanced botanical oils promoted memory, attention and trainability. This Purina Pro Plan dry dog food also includes chicken as the first ingredient, giving your dog a delicious high-quality source of protein that keeps him running to his bowl. Glucosamine and EPA, an omega-3 fatty acid, support your dog's joint health and mobility, while omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin A promote healthy skin and a beautiful coat. Feel good about feeding him a formula designed to deliver top-tier, highly specialized nutrition that makes you both happy.

Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 112 g of Pro Plan. We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly.

I am going to switch my puppy to Purina pro plan savor puppy food is it a good food for him?
When should I feed my 7 1/2 senior dog food
I have a German Shepherd and she is one month old. I am really unsure what dry food to get her. What is better: Purina Pro focus, Blue Wilderness, American journey, or taste of the wild? Should I get grain-free and large breed? If any other ones are suggested let me know.
Is Purina pro plan a good food for French bulldogs? Lou is on royan canin gastrointestinal low fat after a case of colitis. It’s time to transition him to something else and I’m looking to change his food. He would only eat pure balance wet food after his ivdd surgery but I don’t think it’s the best and it’s sometimes hard to find. Any advice
I am getting an 8 week Cocker Spaniel. I am not new to Cocker Spaniel, just puppy versions. I want to try a new food for her, and need suggestions. I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
Hi! I am considering changing Addy’s food over to Taste of the Wild High Prairee puppy food. It’s grain free and has lean proteins and a 28% protein content. Currently she is on Blue Buffalo large breed puppy food that has whole grains. She is experience soft stool in the evening. I believe this may be from her food? Blue Buffalo is chicken based, and she does drink lots of water. She just had a vet appt, no presence of parasites in her stool. Any recommendations?
RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.
Royal canin or earthborn?? Thos are the choices i can buy from now
What dry dog food is best for two 5 year old papillons? They don't seem to have allergies to anything food-wise. I'm looking for something to improve their fur. Right now it feels dry and looks messy. Right now they are on Canidae Grain Free Pure Petite: Adult: Salmon but they don't seem to want to eat it.
Constant diaharea, vet 1st prescribed Metronidazole 100mg 1 cc a day and tried Science diet. At 1st booster appt. 2nd booster he prescribed Vetri-Probiotic 1 cap a day for 14 days (he still has 4 pills left) still no improvement. I then removed all food for 36 hours and started him on rice did ok for 2 days once i tried to add alittle chicken then dry puppy food and and now right back to same problem. He has no other symptoms, except for being hungry. I feed him 3 times a day.
My buddy, Peanut, is a senior of 10 years. He is very healthy, but I would like know what, if any supplements I could give Peanut to aid in him while aging. What should I look for? What should I avoid? I want the most scientifically advanced, proven supplement available. He's currently on a quality, grainfree kibble as I realize that proper diet and exercise is of most importance. Thank you kindly for any suggestions!
